  Horrible!
  
  I was heading to my new patient appointment when I called the office for directions because I couldn’t find the building. Was told by the girl who answered phone that Dr. Chester should’ve already told me how to get there! She didn’t even feel the need to WANT to help me even find the place as if my calling was inconvenient. Upon my arrival I noticed most of the spots were reserved for other businesses so I ended up calling the office again just to make sure I parked in the correct location. BIG MISTAKE. I cannot believe how I was spoken to. I was threatened to have my appointment cancelled and to never be allowed to come to this office. How rude?! At that point I felt this office is not very professional nor is it a setting I would ever feel comfortable going to. I was in need of counseling not to be bullied. Extremely unprofessional.
