  One lady name Joan in the office is very racist and does not work well with other people from my personal experience I've been living at this location in Metairie for about 2 years and every single time I talk to her she automatically has an attitude with me and does not work with me to come to a conclusion or help me with any of my problems. I recommend that they let her go immediately. I spend 945 every month on time and I should have better service and to be respected where I live and lay my head every night. I never know if they're doing it intentionally or not.
