  Great satellite to the main campus fitness center. Good sized weight lifting area, and a good many treadmills as well. They even managed to fit a small pool and some sauna/steam rooms/hot tubs in as well. Child care is also offered, but the hours are a bit tighter than the Elmwood campus. Still, the staff is very friendly and courteous and seem to go out of their way to help. Love using this facility if I'm short on time to make it to Elmwood's main campus.

  I would not recommend this gym in the summer if you are an adult without and past the child bearing age. I just left the indoor lap pool that was filled with a family of 11 taking two lanes, dressed in their street clothes, not exercising, with small children, throwing soda bottles in the pool, NOT EXERCISING..... Not the atmosphere of anyone trying to improve their appearance and be in an athletic atmosphere of bettering your life.
